Ariz. governor to address business forum in Canada

PHOENIX (AP) — Gov. Jan Brewer and other state officials will travel to Canada to pitch business leaders and others on investment, trade and tourism opportunities in Arizona.

Brewer's office says the Toronto Global Forum will be attended by business executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers and others from 40 countries.

Brewer is to address the international conference in Toronto on Tuesday.

She and state tourism and economic development officials also will hold seminars Monday and Tuesday for Canadian firms that have expressed interest in business investments, relocations or expansion in Arizona.
