BUENOS AIRES (Reuters) - Argentine production minister Dante Sica said on Monday that U.S. President Donald Trump's announcement he would re-impose tariffs on aluminum and steel exports from the country was "unexpected" and he was seeking talks with U.S. counterparts.

Trump on Monday said he would immediately restore tariffs on U.S. steel and aluminum imports from Brazil and Argentina over what he called "massive devaluation of their currencies", a move which hit emerging market stocks and currencies.
