April vote ahead on St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District rates

ST. LOUIS – The Metropolitan Sewer District is preparing for a big vote that will come up on St. Louis-area ballots next month.

MSD will have two different propositions on the ballot.

Proposition S will decide how wastewater services will be funded over the next four years. MSD says the decision could have a significant effect on customer bills in the form of rate increases.
