Apple and Nokia go from enemies to frenemies, AutoZone miss weighs on auto parts sector,Toll Brothers jumps on beat

Here’s a look at some of the stocks the Yahoo Finance team will be watching for you today.

Nokia (NOK) tops our list. The stock soared in early trading after the Finnish telecom firm settled an ongoing patent dispute with Apple. The two companies are leaving their differences behind and will now work together on a new licensing agreement.

Also in the tech space, shares of Agilent Technologies (A) were sharply higher this morning. The medical equipment and technology company raised its outlook for the year after it reported earnings and revenue that topped analysts’ estimates as it saw strong growth across most of its businesses.

The auto part sector (AAP), (ORLY), (GPC) under pressure this morning after AutoZone (AZN) delivered a miss on both its top and bottom lines last quarter. The company blames the timing of tax refunds for the shortfall.

Toll Brothers (TOL) shares got a nice bounce this morning. The luxury homebuilder is posting better-than-expected earnings and revenue as it sold more homes and orders jumped 26% last quarter. However, the average price of homes sold decreased from a year ago.
