Applause: GlenOak High School’s musical 'Newsies' was impressive

My friend and I recently attended GlenOak High School’s musical “Newsies.” It was nothing short of spectacular! We enthusiastically applaud everyone who brought the wonderful production to the stage. There was not a dull moment throughout the show.

The cast, singers and dancers were simply captivating, delivering one of the most powerful, high-energy performances we’ve seen in a long time. One dance number was so like “42nd Street” that we had to keep reminding ourselves that we were not sitting in a Broadway theater! The Abbey Foltz stage and sound system were quite impressive, affording this dynamic performing arts department the quality platform and technology it deserves. Great job, everyone!
