Here's Where the 'Fortnite' Salty Springs Treasure Map Leads in Week 3

There’s a new week’s worth of Challenges for Fortnite: Battle Royale, and we’ve got you covered with tips and information you need to get them done. So where does the Treasure Map in Salty Springs lead you in Week 3?

On Tuesday morning at 4 a.m. Eastern, developer Epic Games rolled out the new Challenges for Fortnite: Battle Royale’s Season 4, Week 3. Every odd-numbered week, one of the Challenges in Fortnite has players “follow the treasure map” found in one named location, such as with Tomato Town in Week 1. But in Week 3, the new treasure map is in Salty Springs. When players find the map itself, the snaking shape makes it pretty obvious that the “treasure” is hidden in the racetrack to the central eastern area of the map. You don’t actually have to find the map to get the treasure located at the end, so feel free to use the video guide above or this pinpointed location to just dive down and get it right away:

The token for this 'Fortnite' Season 4, Week 3 Challenge is in a southern section of the race track in the east.

Though rotated 45 degrees, the treasure map unmistakably references the race track to the east, specifically a grassy area in the southern section. When you dive out of the Battle Bus at the start of the match, aim for a large tree right next to the marked location. The Challenge token is located right next to a bundle of tires. Chances are pretty high that several players will land there, so you might as well just accept death right after you get the reward. (Remember that you have to actually finish a match for the Challenge to be marked as complete.)

If you’re still working on any Week 2 Challenges, note that there’s a Camera on the western edge of the track and a meteor impact crater with Hop Rocks to the southwest, so you might as well go for those too.
