From Popular Mechanics

Having revealed the cast list of the upcoming Star Wars: Episode IX, the next logical announcement from Disney and J.J. Abrams will likely be about the movie's official title. Fans have already begun speculating what IX will be called, and one theory is so good, it must be true. As one user posted on Reddit:

I haven't found one better than "A New Order." It's ambiguous, just like "The Last Jedi," in the sense that it could mean so many different things: A new Jedi order. The First Order under Kylo. A new order of Force users and/or of political power as a blend of light and dark side users/powers. All of the above??

It's a pretty great idea, especially considering this title of the movie bringing the Skywalker Saga to a close would be a nice nod to A New Hope, the film that started it all.

According to other theories, the title for Episode IX might be hidden in the opening crawl from The Last Jedi, as the words "the last Jedi" were in the crawl from The Force Awakens. Some fans have theorized that the new movie could be called Spark of Hope.

Although, given the pushback against Disney and this new saga, some fans of the series would probably be thrilled if the movie were called: Star Wars: The Return of Luke With Abs and Actually Nothing in The Last Jedi Really Happened. May the Force be with us all.
