Update, January 14, 2019, 11:45 a.m.:

Megyn Kelly and NBC have officially parted ways, according to the network. "The parties have resolved their differences, and Megyn Kelly is no longer an employee of NBC," the network announced Friday night.

While Megyn's representatives and NBC have declined to comment on the exact details of her exit, reports indicate that Megyn will be paid around $30 million (since she is halfway through her three-year contract worth $69 million, which she signed when joining NBC in 2017).

Since Megyn's third-hour program was canceled, the Today show has replaced her with Sheinelle Jones, Craig Melvin, Dylan Dreyer, and Al Roker.

Nearly two months after her hour of Today was canceled (following her controversial remarks about blackface), Megyn Kelly is now speaking out about what she's been up to since going off air.

Apart from reportedly negotiating her exit from NBC, Megyn told paparazzi this week that she's been "taking it easy" and focusing on the year ahead. She also added that she cut her hair as part of her "new beginnings." (You can see the full video of Megyn on E News).

"I've been spending time with [my husband] and my kids," she revealed while walking with her husband, Douglas Brunt, in New York City. "It's been good."

The former anchor went on to deny that she had asked for a $10 million bonus in her exit package with NBC. Megyn had signed a three-year $69 million contract with the news organization when first coming on in 2017. She is expected to leave NBC, but an official exit deal hasn't been announced yet.

When asked if she was planning on returning to TV, Megyn replied "you'll be seeing me," but made no further comment about her future plans. We imagine it might be challenging for Megyn to find a new hosting gig (given her controversial comments and that her ratings were down at Today), but we'll see.
