'90 Day Fiance' Star Addresses Split With Jorge

It's not very often that a couple on TLC's 90 Day Fiancé makes it after tying the knot. But duo Anfisa and Jorge Nava seem to be the exception, despite having separated for a brief period of time last year.

The two split after Jorge made allegations about Anfisa when he reportedly hinted that his wife had worked in the adult film, web cam, or sex industry. He later admitted that he spread those lies about Anfisa to "hurt her image." Shortly after, Anfisa left him.

Now, Anfisa appears to be speaking out on Instagram about the lessons she's learned from her marriage with Jorge so far. She recently posted a solo picture with a caption that offered relationship advice that seems to draw connections to her own personal experiences.

“'Through thick and thin,' ... 'If you love, forgive everything' ... I hear these words SO often and while in some cases they apply, in others they absolutely don’t and shouldn’t," Anfisa began. "I often get messages from girls and women saying that my strong personality inspires them and seeing the way I overcome difficulties helps them to do the same in their lives."

She continues: "I just want to give a few words of encouragement for girls and women who are having troubles in their relationship and think they are not being treated right. You need to love yourself. Always put yourself first. Don’t settle for less than you think you deserve. It’s better to be alone than with just anyone. And finally, no man deserves your pain and tears. You only have one 'you' so live your life to the fullest and enjoy it. 😉"

Months later, the two appear to be on the mend and Anfisa seems to be much happier with her man, as evidenced by another recent Instagram post captioned, "Happy wife, happy life." ❤️

During a recent episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, both Anfisa and Jorge decided to rekindle their romance by taking a salsa dancing class together. Anfisa also expressed wanting to begin couples therapy to work through their issues.
