Another Hot and Quiet Day, Storms Return Late Tomorrow

The weather is comfortably mild in Acadiana this Wednesday morning as many areas are feeling temperatures in the low to mid-60s. Another hot and quiet day is expected as highs reach the lower 90s under mostly sunny skies. Humidity levels should remain low and comfortable. Conditions won’t be as cool tonight as lows only fall to near 70°.

Scattered showers and storms are looking more likely tomorrow evening within Acadiana. There is another risk for severe weather but this threat should be lower compared to Monday’s severe event. Starting later Thursday and Friday, a few storms could produce damaging winds, tornadoes, or large hail.
