Anna Faris is one of those rare truly relatable celebrities. Whether she's dishing out amateur advice on her podcast, Unqualified, or posting blurry selfies to Twitter, she's not afraid to share the imperfect details of her life. It shouldn't come as much of a surprise that the Moms star's diet isn't the least bit Hollywood either.

Case in point: We talked to Faris about her recent partnership with KIND (which includes a hilarious Funny or Die video of Anna reading angry tweets about sh*tty protein bars), and she admits she's obsessed with the brand mostly because their snacks taste like candy bars. Our kind of girl. She's also a fan of In-N-Out, Bellinis, and bagels with cream cheese - a far cry from the oatmeal and egg whites most celebs live by. Basically, Faris is the star you'd actually want to go out to dinner with.

She shared what foods she eats on the reg, and how she manages to stay in shape without being a diet kind of gal.

She Eats On The Go.

As a busy mom with a TV show, new movie, and podcast to balance, Faris is always on the move. "It's cliche but so true, as a working mom you're running around, you're constantly trying to figure out healthy things you can give your kid and yourself." When she's in a rush, she says KIND bars really do come in clutch. She loves the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt and Crunchy Peanut Butter protein bars, and gives them to her son Jack, too.

She Loves This Decadent Breakfast.

While she's a bagel and cream cheese fan, once or twice a year she'll order her favorite indulgence: Eggs Benedict. "If I'm staying at a fun hotel, I love room service Eggs Benedict," she says. "That sounds like a really actressy answer, but man, I love an Eggs Benedict."

Her Home-Cooked Meals Are Very Italian.

While Faris says she's not a great cook, there are some staples she loves to make, including lots of pasta and anything Italian. A typical weeknight meal involves roast chicken and roasted potatoes, and maybe a mozzarella and tomato salad on the side.

Her Busy Schedule Keeps Her Fit.

Despite being an admittedly not-so-healthy eater, Faris is obviously in great shape. "I make really indulgent food but attempt to eat in moderation a bit," she explains. Basically, it's all portion control. Plus, with everything she has going on, it's not like she's sitting around much. "I think I just have to run around a lot," she says.

She Comes From A Family of Bakers.

In the spirit of her podcast segment "How Would You Proceed," we asked Faris what she would do if she burned a pie on Thanksgiving Day. As always, she had some solid advice: Scrape off the crust and lather it with ice cream or whipped cream, duh. That's not happening in her kitchen, though. "My mom would be appalled if I burnt a pie!" Thanksgiving at the Farises' includes 11 different kinds of pies, so everyone else officially needs to step up their game.

When In Doubt, Keep It Simple.

During our talk, Faris had a realization that she likes her food plain. Garlic bread with butter and garlic only. Plain New York Cheesecake (from The Cheesecake Factory, obviously). Cheeseburgers with just American cheese. And, despite disgusting her friends with the habit, fries dunked in her favorite condiment, mayonnaise. Take that, kale chips.
