Anderson Cooper Was Asked If He Regrets Kellyanne Conway Eye Roll

It's been a couple of months since Anderson Cooper rolled his eyes at Kellyanne Conway during an interview on CNN. On Tuesday night, Anderson was on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen where someone called in and asked if he regretted the epic eye roll. Anderson was interviewing Kellyanne back in May, after Donald Trump had just fired F.B.I. Director James Comey. The AC360º host was pointing out that Trump's reasons for firing Comey were the same reasons he had for praising the F.B.I. Director during the campaign. Kellyanne tried deflecting the question, saying, "Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I was on your show often last fall, saying we were going to win Michigan and how we were going to do it." That is when Anderson rolled his eyes. Now that Anderson has had some time to reflect on the eye roll heard round the world, he admitted that it wasn't his best moment. After the caller asked Anderson if he regretted the eye roll, he said, "Yeah, I did. It's not something I consciously did and I want to be respectful to anyone I interview… so yeah, I absolutely regretted it."
