American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb underway at Soldier Field

CHICAGO — The American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb at Soldier Field is underway Sunday morning, and WGN has a team there climbing stairs and raising money.

The American Lung Association fundraiser, celebrating its 15h anniversary, supports people with lung diseases and the ongoing fight for cleaner air.

SPOTLIGHT CHICAGO: The American Lung Association’s Fight For Air Climb

Participants will tackle nearly 2,000 stairs in the Fight for Air Climb, with a fundraising goal of $442,000. Over 70% of that has already been raised.

WGN’s Lourdes Duarte, Alyssa Donovan and Courtney Spinelli are among those climbing the Soldier Field stairs on Sunday.
