Amber Rose is urging women to show off their bush

Amber Rose has become a modern day feminist icon after using her high profile to put an end to slut-shaming once and for all.

In her latest bid to encourage women to join her annual SlutWalk, the 33-year-old star posted an extremely brave photo of her naked from the waist down.

The photo – which showed off Rose’s pubic hair – was naturally deleted from Instagram pretty quickly.

But it still remains on Twitter and has started a new feminist movement: the #AmberRoseChallenge.

Women across the world are posting similar photos in response to Rose’s #BringBackTheBush hashtag.

Although many are using wigs in place of their actual pubic hair, the message is clear: it’s okay for women to have hair down there.

Amber isn’t the first star to admit to having a bit of a bush. Emma Watson revealed exactly how she grooms her pubic hair, causing her chosen oil to sell out.

However, a recent survey revealed that women still feel a pressure to go bare with over half of women in the UK removing all of their pubic hair.

Unsurprisingly, there have been plenty of male criticisers to the movement – mainly from Piers Morgan who said the shaven-headed model was attention-seeking, telling her to “put it away, luv.”

Not one to remain quiet, Amber hit back at the outspoken figure, commenting: “Although this conversation has been fun, I’m not here to argue about feminism. I’m here to educate and bring awareness.”
