Amber Alert: Montgomery police seek 13-year-old accused of abducting 5-year-old

UPDATE (4:20 p.m.): News 5 has learned that a vehicle in connection with this alleged abduction has been recovered. However, the children believed to be in that 2011 Chevrolet Equinox have not been located.

ORIGINAL STORY:

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WKRG) — An Amber Alert was sent around 2:24 Tuesday afternoon regarding a 13-year-old accused of abducting a 5-year-old.

Kaiden Tymari Perryman, 5, a Black male, was abducted, and the abductor is believed to be a 13-year-old driving a white 2011 Chevrolet Equinox with an Alabama license plate reading 6357BL5.

The Amber Alert said the two were last seen near Gibbs Village in Montgomery.

Their direction of travel is unknown at this time, the alert said.
