Amazon shares pop with news of 100 million Prime members, American Express shares get a boost and Sleep Number shares slip

Amazon (AMZN): Shares are higher in early trade, up around 2%. In his annual letter, CEO Jeff Bezos revealed the online giant had amassed over 100 million Prime members worldwide.

American Express (AXP): Shares climbing here, up 6%. The credit card company beat on earnings, with its forecast topping estimates as well.

Sleep Number (SNBR): Shares slipping here, down around 15%. The mattress retailer missed on revenue and comparable-store sales fell more than expected.
