Amanda Bynes continues on the road to recovery and, according to her attorney, she's doing quite well.
In a statement to People on Wednesday, the former Nickelodeon star's lawyer, Tamar Arminak, spoke on Bynes' behalf to shoot down rumors of mental health concerns.
"There has been much speculation about Amanda's medical condition," Arminak told the mag. "She has remained silent because she believed it was best to keep her mental health diagnosis private.
"However, she asked me to dispel certain rumors," the attorney continued. "For the record, Amanda does not have schizophrenia, nor has she ever been diagnosed with it."
Additionally, the attorney said the actress-turned-aspiring designer is currently maintaining her wellbeing without the aid of meds.
"Amanda currently is on zero medication," Arminak told the mag. "She's devoted to living her life as healthy as possible. She's never had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs, and she's proud to say she's been marijuana-free for the past nine months."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, over the weekend, the actress Tweeted photos of herself looking healthy and happy in a bikini in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she was celebrating her 28th birthday.
Her parents, Rick and Lynn, joined her on the trip.
