Almost all men mobilised in remote regions of Russia, but almost none in Moscow Ukraines General Staff

The mobilisation plan in Moscow is less than 0.2% of the population and it is not even half fulfilled. In contrast, a large number of the male population is being mobilised in remote regions of the Russian Federation.

Quote: "According to available information, the partial mobilisation announced by the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation actually "absorbs" small settlements in remote regions of Russia.

Conscription is carried out by the raid method; almost all the draft-age male population is forcibly taken to military enlistment offices.

At the same time, in Moscow, the mobilisation plan is not fulfilled even by half, which is less than 0.2 percent of the population in the districts."
