UPDATE: Roads back open after heavy police presence in Pueblo neighborhood

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) shared an update on the heavy police presence in the 2800 block of 7th Avenue just before 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15 that the area was clear and all roads were back open.

At approximately 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15 the Pueblo Police Department (PPD) posted an alert, warning people to avoid the area of the 2800 block of 7th Avenue in Pueblo.

PPD said there is a heavy police presence in the area.
