Alden Richards excited about working with Kathryn Bernardo

14 Mar – Alden Richards recently admitted that one of the reasons why he said yes to doing a movie with Star Cinema was because of the leading lady, Kathryn Bernardo.

As reported on PEP, the actor, who spoke about their upcoming movie by Cathy Garcia-Molina, stated that he is excited about working in a movie with Bernardo for the first time after knowing each other for quite a while.

"This is the first time that I'll be working with her and with Star Cinema. It's a great honour and experience because I'm really in that stage of exploring the craft and my capability as an actor," he said.

Aside from Bernardo, Richards is also excited about working with Garcia-Molina.

"I have watched "One More Chance", and [imagine] being directed by someone who made that film, especially as a fan of John Lloyd Cruz," he said.

The actor added that he would not have missed the chance for the world, and is looking forward to start filming the movie - which reportedly will tell the story of two young Overseas Filipino Workers.
