Albuquerque spot makes Yelp’s list of ’10 wildest and wackiest waffle wonders’
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Yelp released a list of “The 10 wildest and wackiest waffle wonders to celebrate International Waffle Day,” and one Albuquerque spot made the list: XO Waffle.
The local shop serves Belgian waffles with a variety of signature sauces, toppings, and syrups. Offering both sweet and savory waffles, XO Waffles has thoughtfully crafted menu items as well as a build-your-own option.

Unique menu items include “The 505 Waffle,” which comes with an egg, bacon, green chile, and maple syrup, as well as “The Waffle of My Life,” which comes with an egg, ham, red or white XO sauce, cheese, and green onion. For those with a sweet tooth, XO Waffles has a “Cookies & Cream” option, a “Churro Love” waffle, and many others.
