Albuquerque man sentenced to 32 years in prison for deadly road rage incident

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man who killed two teens in a deadly road incident in 2022 will spend the next three decades behind bars. Roger Wilson was found guilty of two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of great bodily injury by DWI, unlawful taking of a vehicle, and leaving the scene of an accident.

A jury determined that in June 2022, Wilson intentionally rammed into another car near Yucca and Central, then hit the car again near Tingley severely injuring two people and launching two 14-year-olds, Alize Henson and Alyssa Salazar from their car, killing them.

Judge Brett Loveless sentenced Wilson to 32 years in prison followed by five years of supervised probation.
