Al Michaels hilariously mistook Eddie Lacy for another Seahawks RB 50 pounds lighter than him

At one point or another, every broadcaster is going to miss a call and during Sunday night’s matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the Indianapolis Colts, Al Michaels had a misidentification for the ages.

In the third quarter, a Seahawks running back broke free for a 30-yard touchdown run.

“Eddie Lacy!,” exclaimed Michaels as the Seattle player sprinted toward the end zone.

It was … um … not Eddie Lacy.

The run, rather, belonged to J.D. McKissic.

For reference, according to the Seahawks official roster, Lacy stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 250 pounds. McKissic, on the other hand, is listed at 5’10” and 195 pounds.
