Air strikes hit Aleppo after truce deal stalls: monitor

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Air strikes resumed in the Syrian city of Aleppo on Wednesday, after a truce deal meant to halt fighting between government forces and rebels stalled, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
