Air-raid warning issued in 9 oblasts and explosion rocks Kharkiv, injuring 1 person

The Ukrainian authorities have issued an air-raid warning in the north, east and centre of the country, and the mayor of Kharkiv has reported that an explosion has been heard in the city. One person was reported to have been injured.

Quote from the Air Force: "Attention! There is a threat of the use of ballistic weapons from the east!"

Quote from Terekhov: "The morning in Kharkiv has begun with the sound of an explosion."

Details: A few minutes later, the mayor added that the Russians had attacked the city's transport infrastructure.

"As for the morning strike, the target was a transport infrastructure facility. Preliminary reports indicate that one person has been injured," Terekhov said.

When an air-raid warning is issued, people need to go to shelters.

Update: The all-clear was given for the majority of the oblasts at 07:24. At the moment, the threat persists in Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts.
