Agri Terra Flags Off Construction of Aldera Resort in Paraguay

Today’s episode of Top Leaders serial entrepreneur Carsten Pfau, founder and CEO of Agri Terra, an agricultural company based in Paraguay with heavy investment in farmlands for producing food, grains, vegetables of all kinds, and livestock. On the show today, Carsten talks about the company’s current projects, which are set to have defining impacts on the economy of Paraguay and neighboring countries in the coming years.

Apart from currently finalizing the move to have five of the companies under the Agri Terra flagship listed publicly on the Paraguayan Stock Exchange, Carsten and the team at Agri Terra are working hard on developing the Aldera Resort project.

According to Carsten, the Aldera Resort represents one of the largest real estate projects on the American continent. It is strategically placed at the entrance to the renowned suburb of San Bernardino and a short distance from the capital, Asunción.

This project extends over more than 16 million square meters and includes plans to build 5,000 exclusive homes, a 27-hole golf course, a picturesque lagoon with a sandy beach and beach club complex, and a landing strip for private aircraft.
