This week, the Eugene City Council and Lane County commissioners are slated to hold a joint meeting to hear public feedback on the River Road-Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan. In addition, both bodies are scheduled to discuss updates on the proposed Emeralds stadium and multi-use facility at the Lane County fairgrounds.
Eugene city councilors are also scheduled to possibly vote on the proposed pickleball facility at Lane Community College and on reimplementing the city's middle housing ordinance.
Lane County commissioners are scheduled to hear a report on the state 2024 legislative session and hold a public hearing and possibly vote on an update to the county's floodway rules.
Springfield city councilors are scheduled to interview several applicants applying for the city's advisory committees. Lane Transit District directors are scheduled to vote on a new job description for their CEO.

What: County commissioners are scheduled to hold two public hearings and possible votes: one on the county's rules for erosion prevention, and one on the county's rules for floodway development.
