On May 7, the Moscow-appointed leader of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic,” Leonid Pasechnik, claimed that Ukrainian forces had carried out an ATACAMS missile attack on an oil depot located in Luhansk, resulting in power lines damage, a lack of electricity supply in nearby houses, and a fire in a high-pressure gas pipeline.

Ukraine has not commented on the incident.
