Affton man charged with going to casino to meet underage prostitute

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – An Affton man remains in custody after allegedly paying to have sex with an underage prostitute at a local casino.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department’s probable cause statement, the crime occurred on February 23 at the River City Casino Hotel.

Investigators claim Christopher Recker responded to an ad, went to a room at the hotel, and paid $150 to engage in a sex act with a minor.

Also in February, two women were arrested and charged with recruiting, harboring, and transporting a 16-year-old to and from the casino for the purposes of having sexual performances for men. After the arrest, casino management credited an employee for noticing and reporting the crime to security and police.
