Advocates Fight for Elephant`s Removal from L.A. Zoo Enclosure They Say Is Too Small

Animal rights activists and City Councilman Paul Koretz are leading a campaign to have Billy the elephant relocated from his enclosure at the Los Angeles Zoo, which they say is unsuitable for an animal his size.
