Adobe maintains forecasts for 2Q, fiscal 2013

Adobe Systems reiterates 2Q profit, revenue outlooks; maintains 2013 profit forecast

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Adobe Systems is maintaining its second-quarter earnings and revenue forecasts, as well as its fiscal 2013 earnings outlook, ahead of an investor meeting.

The company, whose software includes Adobe Reader and Photoshop, said Monday that it still expects second-quarter adjusted earnings between 29 cents and 35 cents per share and revenue in a range of $975 million to about $1.03 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of 34 cents per share on revenue of $1.01 billion.

Adobe Systems Inc. reiterated its guidance for full-year adjusted earnings of about $1.45 per share.

Wall Street predicts $1.45 per share.

The San Jose, Calif., company's stock shed 11 cents to $46.90 in afternoon trading.
