Adams Morgan PorchFest road closures announced

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced road closures and parking restrictions that will take place for the Adams Morgan PorchFest on Saturday, May 4.

MPD says that from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., 18th Street from Columbia Road to Kalorama Road NW will be posted as emergency no parking and close to all vehicle traffic.

Deals in the DMV for National Bubble Tea Day

The Adams Morgan PorchFest runs from 2 to 6 p.m. and will feature around 80 bands, according to the Adams Morgan website.

The event has three locations — the plaza in front of Truist Bank at the corner of Columbia and Adams Mill roads NW; in front of 2424 18th Street NW; and in the Marie Reed Elementary School Plaza at 2200 Champlain St NW.
