Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) soar as investors prep for Congress to send a tax bill to President Trump’s desk. All sectors are in the green with the materials (XLB) sector leading the way. Only the utilities (XLU) sector is in the red. Keith Bliss of Cuttone and Company joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets.
