700+ NYSEG customers lost power in Steuben County

STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) — More than 700 NYSEG customers lost power in Steuben County during Saturday afternoon’s heavy rainfall.

According to the NYSEG Outage List, 26 customers in the Town of Erwin, 79 in the Town of Cameron, 166 in the Town of Rathbone, 118 in the Town of Addison, and 318 in the Village of Addison were without power as of 4:50 p.m. on March 9.

A NYSEG crew has been assigned to investigate the cause of the outage and work on restoring power to the area. The Outage Map shows that customers should expect to have their power back around 7 p.m.
