7 wild moments from Playboy playmate's CNN interview about alleged Trump affair
Today in the world is a dumpster fire, CNN aired a revealing interview with ex-Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, who alleges she had an intimate relationship with President Trump over 10 years ago.
Trump has denied the affair, which McDougal says occurred shortly after Melania gave birth to Barron Trump.
Here are a few breakout moments from the lengthy interview with Anderson Cooper:
Donald Trump offered to pay McDougal for sex
"Well, after we had been intimate, he — he tried to pay me," McDougal told Cooper. "And I actually didn't know how to take that."
"Did he actually try to hand you money?" Cooper asked.
"He did," she responded.
Trump compared McDougal's looks to his daughter Ivanka
"Did he ever compare you to any of his kids?" Cooper asked.
"You know, he, he's very proud of Ivanka, as he should be," McDougal responded. "I mean, she's a brilliant woman. She's beautiful. She's, that's his daughter, and he should be proud of her. He said I was beautiful like her and, you know, you're a smart girl. And there wasn't a lot of comparing, but there was some, yeah. I heard a lot about her."
McDougal kept receipts
"You gave us the journal that you kept," Cooper said, holding the diary. "You would write down on days you saw him, you wouldn't write out his full name."
"No, I either called him T or DT, because if anybody found this, I wouldn't want them to expose myself or expose him," McDougal responded.
The affair lasted about 10 months and they had dozens of sexual encounters
McDougal says the relationship started in June 2006 through approximately April 2007, when she ultimately broke it off. She claims they were intimate "many dozens of times."
Trump doesn't like condoms
"Did he ever use protection?" Cooper asked.
"No," she responded.
"You know, we talked about it, right beforehand. He was starting to, and then he was like 'I don't like these things.'"
McDougal thinks Trump has 'great posture'
During the interview, McDougal said she was attracted to Trump, who was in his sixties at the time of the alleged affair. She also claimed he has great posture.

"I was attracted to him, yeah. He's a nice-looking man. I liked his charisma. He's got great posture. And he was nice."

McDougal filed a lawsuit earlier this week against The National Enquirer’s parent company, American Media Inc, who paid her $150,000 for her story with Trump. The tabloid didn't publish her story. She said the publisher hid her story to protect Trump, who has been known to have a longstanding relationship with The National Enquirer. McDougal wishes to be released from an agreement in 2016, which restricts her from speaking on the matter.
However, AMI told CNN that McDougal "has been free to respond to press inquiries about her relationship with President Trump since 2016" and they have not "silenced" her.
When asked about this, McDougal acknowledged AMI made that statement, but added that its lawyers don't seem to be on the same page.
