Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps is being sued by her ex-husband and kids for failing to create a trust as stated in her divorce settlement.
Lesseps former spouse, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and their two grown children, Noel and Victoria de Lesseps, filed suit against her for breaching a stipulation in her 2009 divorce settlement, E! Online reported.
The settlement stated that she was to establish a trust for her daughters using the proceeds from the sale of the former couple's Brigdehampton, Long Island, home.
"This action arises from Defendant's breach of a Stipulation of Settlement and related Judgment of Divorce by her failure to create a trust for the benefit of her children, her conversion of the trust's corpus and her present threat to abscond with money derived from the potential sale of the trust corpus and use it to purchase, for herself alone, a luxury home in upstate New York," court documents obtained by Radar Online state.
Instead, the reality TV actress bought a $3.1 million home for herself in Sag Harbor, New York, in 2013 and has yet to set up a trust.
The lawsuit, thrown at Lesseps, 53, on Thursday, claims that the RHONY actress "threatened" to sell her house and move to Upstate New York.
Noel, Victoria, and Lesspe's former husband are asking the court to order Lesseps to give her daughters "an undivided one-half interest" in the Sag Harbor home. They also want her to "render an account as trustee for her children, and petition for judicial settlement of same, on notice to Plaintiffs."

Oddly enough, Lesseps hung out with her ex-husband and two girls just last week and said it was a great time.
"Greatest reunion ever! Wonderful to spend the weekend with the kids and The Count. Also counting my blessings! Celebrating 6 months of sobriety," she captioned a photo she posted on Instagram.
So who is the RHONY star being sued by her family over money?
1. She was a registered nurse prior to RHONY.
In an interview with Woman's Day, Lesseps explained that she was a registered geriatric nurse before she starred on the Bravo reality show.
"A lot of people don't know that I'm a nurse as well...I became a nurse because I fell in love with the elderly," she told the outlet.
2. She has been divorced twice.
Lesseps married The Count in 1993. They had two children together before divorcing in 2009.
Her more recent marriage to businessman Tom D’Agostino lasted only seven months. The pair tied the knot on New Year's day last year but decided to call it quits on their marriage in August after D'Agostino was rumored to have cheated on Lesseps, the Huffington Post reported at the time.
The scandal that ended their marriage was a hot topic on the eighth season of RHONY as the former spouses tried to work out D'Aostino's infidelity.
3. Her nickname is The Countess.
Lesseps married Alexandre de Lesseps, a French count descended from Ferdinand de Lesseps whose family created the Suez Canal and helped bring the Statue of Liberty to the United States, thus earning the title of countess.
When she remarried (and divorced), the title was retracted from her name but her fans still know her as The Countess.
4. She was arrested last year for threatening a police officer.
Palm Beach Police Department
In December, Lesseps was arrested in Florida and faced multiple charges, including disorderly intoxication and felony battery of a police officer.
She allegedly yelled "I'm going to kill you all" and kicked at least one police officers before being taken to a Palm Beach jail early Christmas Eve.
Lesseps tweeted an apology following her arrest that said she was looking forward to changing her ways in the upcoming year.
“This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being there brought up long-buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018," she wrote.
5. She is in rehab.
Us Weekly confirmed that Lesseps has checked back into rehab after struggling with alcoholism for quite some time. She decided to seek “professional guidance” and checked herself into an alcohol treatment center following her arrest in December and is back in rehab once again.
“Bravo supports Luann’s decision to focus on her health," Bravo told the outlet. "She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation. At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy.”
As a result, Lesseps will not be a part of the season 10 RHONY reunion that films July 17.
6. Her friends held an unsuccessful intervention prior to rehab.
According to Page Six, Lessep’s inner circle of friends held an intervention to try to help her overcome her struggles.
"We’ve been worried that she was going to do some serious harm to herself," a close friend of Lesseps told Page Six.
The outlet reported that Lesseps didn’t take the intervention well and wasn’t receptive to her friends’ concerns or advice. Her pals even said that the intermediation put some distance between her and her friends.
7. She has appeared on more than RHONY and even wrote a book.
Lesseps is most widely known for her role on RHONY but has done much more than that.
She guest starred on a 2011 episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit titled “Bully,” where she played an art patron who makes a gruesome discovery.
On top of acting, she authored the book Class with the Countess: How to Live with Elegance and Flair in 2009 and released three singles titled "Money Can't Buy You Class" (2010), "Chic, C'est La Vie" (2011), and "Girl Code" (2015).
