63-year-old man arrested for exposing himself to high school student in Redwood City

(KRON) — A 63-year-old man was arrested Thursday for exposing himself to an 18-year-old high school student, according to the Redwood City Police Department. According to Redwood City PD, the crime of indecent exposure occurred on March 26 at the public restrooms located on Oracle Parkway near the intersection with Marine World Parkway.

A follow up investigation identified 63-year-old Patrick Kessler of San Carlos as the suspect. Kessler had exposed his genitalia to the student, according to police.

Redwood City PD detectives arrested him and booked him into San Mateo County Jail on an indecent exposure charge.
