50-year sentence for Greenacres man who pleaded guilty to soliciting lewd photos of boy
A 46-year-old Greenacres area man was sentenced to 50 years in prison on Friday after admitting he convinced a Colorado woman to send him photos of her performing sex on a young boy.
Robert Dunn, who had previously been convicted of attempted lewd battery on a child and was required to register as a sex offender, told FBI agents that he met Tonya Bagley online in 2019 and convinced her to embrace his desire for a master-slave sexual relationship.
Before Dunn’s arrest in 2020, Bagley was planning to move to the Greenacres area with her daughter and two sons so Dunn could sexually abuse both her and her children, according to court records.

Bagley was sentenced to 20 years last year after pleading guilty to charges of conspiring to produce child pornography and transmitting information about a minor. U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks also ordered Bagley to pay restitution to the abused boy.
Dunn in December pleaded guilty to five child pornography charges. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Roy Altman in Miami.
In addition to the picture of the boy, who was under the age of 12, Dunn had other photos of naked children on his computer and phone, FBI agents said.
Dunn was forced to register as a sex offender in 2014 when he was convicted in Manatee County of attempting to have sex with a 14-year-old girl. While he believed he had convinced the girl's mother to set up a rendezvous, he was actually communicating with an undercover police officer, records show.
Dunn was released from state prison in 2018 after serving four years behind bars.
