The Ivins, Utah, home where Ruby Franke abused her children alongside business partner Jodi Hildebrandt became the most viewed property on Realtor.com last week.

Hildebrandt’s four-bedroom, 9,124-square-foot house was initially listed for sale in January for $5.3 million, but the asking price has since been reduced by $305,000.

The residence is described in the listing as a “true masterpiece” that offers "stunning" desert views and a "luxurious lifestyle.” Built in 2017, the home's listed features include a gourmet kitchen, home theater, five-car garage, pool and hot tub.

PEOPLE reached out to listing agent Steve Foisy of Fathom Realty, but did not immediately receive a reply.

Franke, a mother of six, and Hildebrandt, her family therapist, each pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated child abuse in December. They will spend between four and 30 years behind bars, based on sentencing limitations in Utah.

According to Utah’s Santa Clara-Ivins Public Safety Department, police were notified on Aug. 30 that a juvenile who appeared to be “emaciated” with “open wounds and duct tape around the extremities” — went to a neighbor's house asking for food and water. The child and another one in "similar physical condition of malnourishment" were transported to a local hospital.

The Salt Lake Tribune reported that the home where the children were found was Hildebrandt’s. Franke's 12-year-old son is the one who allegedly climbed out of a window and went to a neighbor for help and authorities then found Franke’s other child at the home.

Utah prosecutors recently released video footage and crime scene photos obtained by PEOPLE that were key evidence supporting the story Franke’s 12-year-old son told police.

Much of the evidence, which includes rope, handcuffs and a bowl of cayenne pepper paste used as a torture device, was recovered from a room at the home that authorities referred to in court documents as a "panic room."

According to Franke’s plea agreement obtained by PEOPLE, she and Hildebrandt had forced Franke’s two youngest children to work under sweltering heat for hours with little food or water.

The women also “regularly sought to indoctrinate” Franke’s son “and convince him that he was evil and possessed,” per the plea agreement, which says he was made to believe that the torture he endured constituted “acts of love” and that “the punishments were necessary to repent.”

Franke’s son told officers that Hildebrandt had wrapped his wrists and ankles in ropes and “they” – meaning Hildebrant and his mother – had, per warrants obtained by PEOPLE, “used cayenne pepper and honey to dress the wounds.”

Per the plea agreement, when he tried to escape in July, his mother said she bound his hands and feet with two sets of handcuffs.

In Hildrebrandt’s home, police recovered  skin-burning paste with a spoon dipped inside the open container with a coil of rope beside it, as well as surgical sponges and elastic bandages.

In the cramped "panic room," officers found a Murphy bed, toilet, microwave and empty fridge and freezer set. In a bottom drawer, they recovered a long strand of rope with knots, per video footage. Tied to one end were thick metal chains linked to a set of handcuffs.

A series of calls within days of Franke’s arrest were released by Utah prosecutors in late March.

In the recorded calls, obtained by PEOPLE, between Ruby and her now-estranged husband, Kevin Franke, the Mormon momfluencer blames the devil for landing her in prison.

"Satan has taken everything away from me that I love,” Ruby said on a Sept. 1 call from Purgatory Correctional Facility in Washington County, Utah. She continued, crying, “And I’m a good woman. I don’t do naughty things. I don’t do naughty things. I’m a really good girl.”
