The next round of thunderstorms in Texoma is expected by Tuesday, primarily at night; although, there is a chance for a thunderstorm or two in the early morning hours. If there are any thunderstorms, they are likely to be short lived. In the meantime, temperatures in Texoma for this Memorial Day will be above average; though, not surprising. The temperature trend will see high temperatures hovering close to average for most of the coming week. The Memorial Day high temperature in Wichita Falls will be 93 with a low of 68. Showers and thunderstorms pop up in the forecast primarily late afternoon on Tuesday as a cold front makes its way into Texoma and will last through Friday into Saturday. Low-level moisture will prime the atmosphere once again so be weather aware, keep yourself informed of developing weather threat potential this week.
