I stopped watching this programme years ago, when it became apparent that they wouldn't bother discussion serious subjects in a sensible way.
Exactly Gordon, I gave up TV a long time ago, the Nolan sisters had a couple of brilliant hits, but it was clear to me they had problems. If you say something in the heat of the moment that you regret, you can apologize, however getting people together when none of them are functioning correctly was a misjudgment by the TV producers.
This programme and others like it are a very good incentive to get a job and not sit at home watching daytime tv.
If it wasn't an ambush on Kim as ITV claim then why was Street Porter done up in judges robes and Nolan have her sister there to gang up on her?.
I've read the article, as well as the previous one and watched the video of this incident. What I'd like to know now is, 'Was this Loose Women or the first Celebrity Jeremy Kyle?'
It seems Nolan was all 'sweetness and light' with the shows producers, claiming she wanted to make peace and would 'speak first.' She then 'chickened our' which resulted in the ridiculing of Kim Woodburn. I don't watch either programme but my guess is that those lining up behind Nolan also lined up behind her during any bullying.
The idea she wanted to hold peace talks on live TV is laughable. This was all set up to boost ratings.
We do not need any more versions of the Jeremy Kyle Show.
Second rate entertainment hosted by third rate entertainers.
There are far too many gossipy soap programs on television today, even the main news program in the morning has become more of a ladies chat show concentrating primarily on half of the population and their own self interests and like all the other gossipy soap programs the plug should be pulled. The 'loose women' program has finally brought it to a head that the television channels need to go back to the drawing board and start to produce interesting programs that is for all adults not just one half of the population and use new presenters instead of the old ones who are on board being recycled.
it's all about ratings Tommy
wonderful TV enthralling edge of the seat ........not!
Are you telling me that more than 400 people watch this programme?
