4 cops injured after police cruiser, 18-wheeler collide in Manhattan: NYPD
HELL’S KITCHEN, Manhattan (PIX11) – At least four police officers were injured after an NYPD cruiser crashed into an 18-wheeler in Manhattan early Tuesday morning, according to authorities.
The crash happened near 58th Street and 8th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen around 5:32 a.m. All four officers were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries, according to authorities.

The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured, police said.
It’s unknown how the collision happened. The officers were responding to a 911 call at the time of the crash, according to authorities.
