35-year-old man arrested for burglary of building after traffic stop conducted

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary of building after a traffic stop conducted on Wednesday, May 8 in East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three.

The El Paso County Constable Office says deputies conducted a traffic stop for obstruction of plate at the 1800 block of George Dieter.

Warrants check confirmed that the driver of the vehicle, Jose Zaragoza, 35, had an outstanding criminal warrant for the charge of burglary of building with a $10,000 bond, according to the El Paso County Constable Office.

Zaragoza was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Jail without further incident.
