30 Photos of PEOPLE's Pet Vet Dr. Evan Antin Cuddling with Puppies (You're Welcome)

<p>PEOPLE's Pet Vet, Dr. Evan Antin of the Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital, has been giving us pro tips on our cats and dogs for a while, but this latest Instagram snap with a handful of aww-dorable (and adoptable!) puppies had us wondering: just how many cute pics of Dr. Antin and puppies could we find? The answer is at least 30, and we took on the tough task of rounding them up here for you. Follow him on Instagram @dr.evanantin for more!</p>

<p>Taking a "pelfie" (pet + selfie) with his own pup, rescue Chihuahua Henry. </p>

<p>"I don't get the pleasure of seeing absurdly cute puppies like this everyday but it's always a pleasant break from the intensity of challenging medicine and surgery patients," Antin writes of his shot with this sweet pit bull pup.</p>

<p>"Even rural puppies on the other side of the world are apathetic when I try to take selfies with them," he jokes of his pelfie in the Philippines.</p>

<p>The hashtag for this shot? #thatface!</p>

<p>"How come puppies wanna be all over me until I break out the camera phone!?" Antin asks. Our hashtag for this one: #puppyproblems</p>

<p>This is "#twopounds" of "#fluff" we'd like in our lives.</p>

<p>There are firsts for everything, even for this seasoned vet: "I've never seen a Bouvier pup before this appointment!" he writes.</p>

<p>On one of his many exotic trips — this one to the Dominican Republic — Antin shows off two adoptable pups. </p>

<p>Antin asks, "This Golden Retriever puppy is undeniably adorable tho, right?" So right.</p>

<p>No, Petey's ears aren't real, but they sure are cute.</p>

<p>The ears on this 5-month-old Dutch shepherd, though? Totally real.</p>

<p>"I feel like this lil Vizsla puppy is saying 'is this really even necessary?' " Antin writes. "I say yes." </p>

<p>The good doc uses his Instagram following to spread the good word about pit bulls. "PitBulls/staffordshires-they can be the absolute most sweet and loyal and amazing dogs and who can resist those adorable, muscle blockheads!?" he shares. "They have a bad rep sometimes but that's usually due to how they were raised. A good pit with a good home can be the best dog ever!"</p>

<p>"I guess this isn't exactly a Pelfie ("puppy selfie") but I HAD to put this kiddo up today," Antin writes. Good call.</p>

<p>Antin has cited weightlifting as one of his hobbies ... he forgot to mention it was weightlifting puppies, however.</p>

<p>Another Wednesday, another perfect pelfie.</p>

<p>Two puppies are obviously better than one, always.</p>

<p>"Does it get any more derp than this baby apple-head Boston Terrier?!" Antin asks. "Ridiculously cute."</p>

<p>"Nice to come home to this lil idiot after a few busy days and intense procedures," the vet says of Henry.</p>

<p>Henry hangs with Antin and the doctor's mom's dog, Dusty, who "has an enormous personality packed into a tiny 7 lb package," he shares.</p>

<p>"Our pets have SO much personality don't they!?" Antin says. "Excitement, apathy, shame, ferociousness, love, the list goes on."</p>

<p>One of Antin's patients, @journeyofnana, is a celebrity in her own right. "She's a terrific example of a dog who has been to hell and back and is STILL super sweet and loyal and couldn't even hurt a fly," he shares. "She's such a special girl and we love her!"</p>

<p>That hoodie, tho! </p>

<p>"This may be one of my favorite #pelfies, ever," Antin says. "That smushy face!!"</p>

<p>"Look at the eyes on this one," he writes. "I think she could see into my soul..."</p>

<p>Of this cutie, "She doesnt even look real, just like a fluffy teddy bear," Antin jokes.</p>

<p>Textbook definition of "puppy dog eyes" right here.</p>

<p>"Who doesn't LOVE an awkward puppy," Antin asks. Answer: no one.</p>
