3 people arrested in connection with double homicide in Napa

(KRON) — Three people have been arrested in connection with the killing of two teenage women in Napa, according to the Napa Police Department.

Napa officers located two victims in the 400 block of Riverside Drive suffering from at least one gunshot wound around 8:10 p.m. on Saturday. Medical personnel arrived at the scene to assist. One of the victims succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene. The second victim died at the hospital.

Napa police identified 22-year-old Vallejo resident John Nicholson as the primary suspect in the homicides. Napa police believe Nicholson was responsible for shooting and killing the victims.

Police ask for public’s help after 2 women slain in Napa

Nicholson was arrested and booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections for two counts of murder at 7:23 p.m. on Monday.

Sonoma Sheriff’s Office Detectives arrested the two other suspects on Tuesday. The suspects are identified as 19-year-old Santa Rosa residents Jessica Whitten and Judith Adolph. Both suspects are charged with aiding in a felony and were booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections.
