3 injured after sedan, bus crash in Pittsburgh

Three people were injured after a sedan and bus were involved in a crash in Pittsburgh.

Allegheny County dispatchers say emergency crews were called to the intersection of Noblestown Road and Obey Street at 9:52 p.m. on Saturday.

Pittsburgh Regional Transit officials say their investigation indicates that the sedan drove into oncoming traffic and hit the bus.

The driver of the sedan was taken to UPMC Mercy. Their injuries are unknown at this time.

18 people were on the bus at the time of the crash. Pittsburgh Regional Transit said the bus driver was taken to a hospital with a possible knee injury and a passenger who might have suffered a shoulder injury was also taken to a hospital.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
