23-year-old Boaz man killed in wreck Saturday night

BOAZ, Ala. (WHNT) — A 23-year-old Boaz man died in a car wreck Saturday evening, according to the Marshall County Coroner.

Coroner Cody Nugent said Briley Jordan Ramey was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Forest Home Road near Highway 168. Nugent’s office was called to the scene around 8:20 p.m.

Several agencies assisted with the wreck including the Boaz Police Department, Boaz Fire Department and the Douglas Police Department.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash.
