Here’s the 2024 SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament schedule

Another Southeastern Conference women’s basketball regular season has come to a close, so it’s time to look ahead to this week’s SEC Tournament bracket. The conference tournament will open at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, with a pair of games on Wednesday and continue on through Sunday’s championship game.

The No. 1 overall team in the nation is also the No. 1 seed, as South Carolina (29-0) defeated Tennessee 76-68 on Sunday afternoon to secure its second consecutive unbeaten regular season conference slate. No. 9 LSU, which handled Kentucky 77-56 on Sunday, is the No. 2 seed.

Ole Miss (22-7, 11-4 SEC) is the No. 3 seed. Alabama, the No. 4 seed, earned its first double-bye in the SEC Tournament since the 1990s with its 78-71 win over Texas A&M and Tennessee’s loss to South Carolina.

No. 5 seed Tennessee will miss out on a second-round bye for the first time since 2020. Vanderbilt clinched the No. 6 seed with its 72-55 win against Georgia on Sunday.

Auburn and Mississippi State are tied in the standings at 8-8. Auburn is the No. 7 seed thanks to its 77-60 victory over the Bulldogs on Feb. 29, leaving Mississippi State with the No. 8 seed.

Texas A&M and Arkansas tied in the standings at 6-10, but the Aggies’ 73-67 victory over the Razorbacks on Feb. 25 gives Texas A&M the No. 9 seed and Arkansas the No. 10 seed.
