2018 Dedham Election Primary Results

Find out who is moving on to November's general election.

DEDHAM, MA — The polls have closed in Dedham and all that's left to do is count the votes.

Governor Charlie Baker has a primary opponent in Scott Lively. The winner will face either Bob Massie or Jay Gonzalez.

In one of the more anticipated races, Secretary of State William Galvin has a challenge beating Boston City Councilor Josh Zakim.

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren three possible Republican challengers are Geoff Diehl, John Kingston and Beth Lindstrom.

Congressman Stephen Lynch has a pair of primary challenges from Brianna Wu and Christopher Voehl. The Republicans will not field an opponent for the general election.

Democratic state Senator Michael Rush had no opponent in the primary and has no Republican challenger in the general election.

Democratic state rep. Paul McMurtry and Republican John McDonald are through to the general election following an unopposed primary.
