Two people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Darke County Tuesday evening.
Just before 5 p.m., Darke County deputies were called to State Route 49 and Pitsburg-Laura Road to reports of an injury crash.
An initial investigation found that a red Ford Fusion driven by a 16-year-old was stopped westbound on Pitsburg-Laura at a stop sign when they failed to yield the right-of-way to a Silver Lincoln driven by Robert Shackelford, 50, of Somerville, according to a media release.
